About the Role:
A great opportunity has become available for a Supply Planner/ Customer Service to join the team based at our Liverpool, SW site on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Supply Planner at ARYZTA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customers receive timely and accurate supply to meet their inventory needs. This position within our Supply Planning Team offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals at the beginning of their career journey who are looking to build skills and develop in a dynamic environment. Here's what you'll be doing:
Conduct outbound calls to QSR customer locations to assess inventory requirements, including local promotional activities.
Utilize forecasting systems, historical sales data, and promotional activity insights to forecast future demands for your assigned customer group.
Monitor daily sales and stock levels, facilitating precise analysis and providing support to your allocated customer group as required.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with restaurant stock levels, actively resolving unforeseen product shortages and keeping customers informed of actions taken.
Record and report product quality complaints to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with distribution and production teams to ensure supply demands are met within the appropriate timeframe.
Anticipate and plan for events that may impact store sales, ensuring proactive supply management
Handle customer needs professionally and promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Working hours: This is a full-time role, operating on a rotating roster of 5 days per week. Our team start early in the morning and typically work either 5am-1pm or 9am-5pm shifts. The role requires availability to work occasional shifts from 12pm-8pm and cover on average 1 weekend per month.
What you will bring to the role:
Previous customer service experience ideally in a QSR environment will be highly regarded.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and strong numerical skills.
MS Excel knowledge will be highly regarded.
A professional and confident phone manner and exceptional customer service skills.
Great coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis.
Availability to work early shifts.
