Job Title: Support & Accounts Manager-ASC

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Compliance Software Implementation Specialist with experience in healthcare regulatory standards to lead the implementation of compliance platforms at Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring software, providing end-user training, and providing ongoing system support.

This role requires strong coordination between clinical, IT, and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of compliance software at ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).

• Gather requirements and configure the software to meet regulatory, accreditation, and facility-specific needs.

• Train ASC staff on system use, workflows, and compliance documentation.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, AAAHC, Joint Commission).

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the platform.

• Coordinate with internal IT teams, ASC administrators, and super users.

• Document workflows, changes, and implementation outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare or compliance software (e.g., incident reporting, infection control, credentialing)

• Experience in Clinical compliance

• Familiarity with ASC regulations: CMS, AAAHC, Joint Commission

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to train clinical and non-technical staff

• Basic technical aptitude in software configuration and system integration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail in regulatory and documentation practices

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• Additional certifications in healthcare compliance or project management are a plus

Experience Range: 6 months +
