About the Role:
MRI Software is seeking a Software Support Analyst with strong written knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL. In this role, you will develop, diagnose, and resolve issues related to PL/SQL code and SQL queries, leveraging your understanding of core business functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain experience in a corporate software environment and who has been exposed to customer support functions. As part of our Client Support team, you will engage with a diverse client base, analyse complex software issues, and contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely support for MRI Software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PL/SQL code and SQL queries.
Analyse complex software scenarios and deliver effective solutions or workarounds.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions, diagnostics, and resolutions.
Continuously improve product knowledge to support a broad portfolio of clients in financial and property management sectors.
Deliver an exceptional support experience with empathy, technical insight, and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and curious approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts confidently and clearly.
Good organisational and time management abilities.
Previous exposure to a customer support or help desk environment is highly desirable.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A passion for learning and growing within a corporate technology setting.
experience with Oracle PL/SQL is highly regarded
