About our Staff
When it comes to our staff, we believe that the best way to ensure adults treat children with respect and authenticity is to do the same for them. Our teachers are highly valued by school administration and the community alike. We work hard to ensure that all teachers are able to take sufficient personal time, meet their physical & mental health needs, and support themselves and their families. We are partnered with and housed in Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church, which is a reconciled ministry. Our program is LGBT+ affirming and rooted firmly in the school of anti-bias education.
Support Teachers
$22.25 – $22.75 /hour
We are looking for a few support teachers to join our team. We’re looking to add both full-time and part-time teachers. We have flexibility with schedules so please indicate what type of employment you’re looking for.
The ideal candidate will have teaching experience and/or formal education in Early Childhood Education or a related field. We are looking for educators who have:
• A willingness to grow and learn in the field.
• An abundance of creativity and flexibility.
• A view of themselves as “researchers” as much as “educators”
• The ability to adapt and change as the children’s interests shift.
• An ability to work as a cohesive member of a team.
