On-Site Shared Support in modern SDA apartments
Paid induction training + supported shadow shifts to set you up for success
Competitive hourly rates from $32 to $45 + super + penalties
This role is ideal for Support Workers with experience in SDA, SIL, or supported accommodation who thrive in dynamic environments and can confidently respond to complex or unplanned support needs with professionalism and autonomy.
You’ll be part of an innovative on-site support model, working from a dedicated team hub that enables fast response times while empowering participants to maintain choice, control, and independence.
About the role
As an On-Site Shared Support Worker, you will:
Provide responsive, on-site support to NDIS participants living independently
Respond to unplanned or short-notice support requests
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility (as required)
Promote independence, dignity, and participant choice
Monitor wellbeing and contribute to a safe, supportive environment
Work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit on-site team
Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate:
Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (if applicable) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Has full working rights in Australia
Holds a valid P2 or Open driver’s licence with a reliable, insured vehicle
Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Is willing to complete NDIS training modules (Supporting Effective Communication & Safe and Enjoyable Meals)
Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, strong boundaries, and solid documentation/computer skills
