Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ) is a trusted not-for-profit provider of home and community services across New Zealand. We are on the look-out for an ‘outstanding’ Support Worker Coach to work with our incredible team of Child Wellbeing Support Workers.

A day in the life:
Identifying the recruitment needs and partake in the recruitment process
Managing, coordinating and facilitating orientations
Providing training, assistance and encouragement to staff to attain required competencies and, formal qualifications through RDNS
Investigation of complaints and accidents/incidents
Annual professional development appraisals and periodic quality checks

Ideally you will have:
4+ years of experience in supporting children and young people with special needs to reach their full potential.
Training / Coaching experience
Level 4 or higher NZQA Level qualification
Assessor qualifications or ability to acquire upon appointment.
Excellent communication, engagement and organisation skills
Full NZ Drivers Licence
Eligibility to live and work in NZ.
