What You’ll Be Doing:
Put individuals at the centre of their care — always listening, always respecting, always empowering
Help with day-to-day needs like personal care, meals, mobility, and meaningful social engagement
Work both in our vibrant day centre and out in the wider community, bringing support wherever it’s needed.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
Patience, resilience, and a calm, empathetic approach
Knowledge of personal care practices, safeguarding, and relevant legislation
Good communication skills, including understanding non-verbal cues or alternative communication methods
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
A good standard of spoken and written English is essential.
