Wants to be in this amazing industry for the long-term
Bubbly, fun, and energetic
Experienced in handling participants who has emotional dysregulation, mood instability, high anxiety, and rumination.
Tasks: Provide calm reassurance, structure, and patient redirection when the client becomes overwhelmed.
Must be confident supporting someone with cognitive difficulties, including reduced memory, attention, and decision-making. And someone who's comfortable around dogs
What we Offer:
Competitive starting rate of $34.73/hr on weekdays;
$48.62/hr on Saturdays;
$62.51/hr on Sundays and;
$76.41/hr on Public holidays.
We pay $0.96/km for any travel incurred during your shift.

Employee of the month, quarter, and year bonuses.

Prior Experience and Qualifications:
Mandatory NDIS Orientation and Induction modules must be completed before commencing employment.
Working with Children Check and NDIS Screening Check must be cited before commencing employment.
1 year of experience as a support worker is preferred but not necessary.
You will also be encouraged to gain certifications in first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, mental health, and more.
High-performing members of our team may have their enrollment in relevant TAFE courses covered to supplement the experience gained with us.
Ideally available 4-6hours per day and with experience in handling client with mental health condition
Can provide transportation assistance, must have comprehensive car insurance
