Job Title: Survey Helper
Division/Department: Field Operations
Reports to: Surveyor III / Survey Manager
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The daily maintenance and preparation of surveying equipment and vehicle
• Transporting, assembling, and maintaining surveying equipment like total stations, GPS units, and levels.
• Aids Surveyor regarding layout and
• Maintaining all surveying
• Attends safety meeting and
• Performs other duties as
REQUIREMENTS:
• Adhering to safety procedures while working on construction sites, including wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish also is highly preferred.
• Basic math knowledge: The ability to perform simple calculations.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs. several times a
• High School diploma is highly
• Must be able to work overtime and be flexible with hours. (daytime/nighttime/weekends)
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must possess and maintain clean Florida driver’s license.
