Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new Asian cuisine items for specials and new menus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of Asian cuisine, including Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Mandarin, and Korean cooking techniques.
- Assist in creating new Asian cuisine items for specials and new menus.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Sushi field required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
