Job Description
The Role:
Reporting to the Safety and Sustainability Manager, we are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. This role is part-time for 20 hours per week and supports the delivery of Vitaco’s Planet strategy by offering guidance, conducting research, and assisting with the administration of various sustainability initiatives. It plays a key part in integrating sustainable practices, engaging stakeholders, supporting reporting processes, and helps to embed sustainable practices across Vitaco.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line advice and administrative support to the Sustainability function.
Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of Vitaco’s Planet strategy.
Undertake research into programs and providers, gather data and insights, and assist with monitoring sustainability performance.
Contribute to embedding sustainable practices across Vitaco.
Support stakeholder engagement, reporting, and communication efforts related to sustainability initiatives.
Develop and maintain visual trackers to monitor the Vitaco’s carbon footprint quarterly.
What you will bring:
3 years or more experience in a Sustainability Coordinator position
Experience working in the FMCG or a Manufacturing industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent skills in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Experience with sustainability audits and surveys
