Job description
CLIENT: Leading Consumer Durable and AV Brand looking for supporting and assisting the Executive in managing priorities, capital raise andbstrategy.
KEY DRIVERS :
1. Spearheaded 500Crs capital fund raise through Equity & Debt funding through robust financial modeling, investor decks preparation and business forecast plans.
2. Build and manage relationships with Venture Capitals, Banks, FIs to navigate both equity and debt fundraising landscapes.
3. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to devise business strategic plans, specifically focusing on long-term competitiveness in the CD/AV market.
4. Formulate the Annual Business Plan, integrating competitive information, industry trends, and historical data.
5. Decision Support: Providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
6. Operational Efficiency: Identify and address inefficiencies within the organization, streamlining processes to improve overall performance.
7. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including board members, partners, and clients, to maintain strong relationships and communication.
8. Confidential Matters: manage sensitive information and ensure confidentiality is maintained across the organization.
DESIRED INCUMBENT PROFILE:
1. Seasoned MBA ( Premium B-School) with 5 years of comprehensive experience in strategic business & financial planning.
2. Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure environments, guiding teams through complex decision-making processes and strategic challenges.
3. Committed to leveraging in-depth research methodologies and data analysis to inform strategic planning and provide actionable insights for business growth.
4. Collaborate effectively with a fully charged Sales,Marketing & Finance team.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 40-50 LPA
