Founded by Diana Goodwin in 2011, AquaMobile is an award-winning mobile swim school offering private and small-group swim lessons at clients’ homes or apartment complex pools. We’re proud to work with some of the best instructors and lifeguards in Australia.
What’s on Offer:
We’re currently on the lookout for qualified, passionate swim instructors and lifeguards across Australia:
Choose your own schedule – work the days and hours that suit you
Work close to home – set your own travel area
Excellent pay – $35/hour for Lifeguard (with a minimum of 2 hour shifts) and ~$60/hour for swim instructors (depending on location), plus bonuses and tips
No chasing clients – our support team finds and books lessons for you
Build strong relationships –private/semi-private lessons give you the chance to connect with students
No insurance hassles- our robust insurance policy provides coverage so you don't have to
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in swim teaching, coaching, or as a lifeguard
A passion for the water and helping others learn
Reliable access to transport
Certifications required (must be current):
AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, or Royal Life Saving Society swim teacher accreditation OR Pool Lifeguard Certificate (e.g. issued by Royal Life Saving Society or equivalent)
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
HLTAID009 – Provide CPR
Working With Children Check (WWCC) for your state or territory
