Your Superpowers Will Include:
Delivering fun and effective swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities
Teaching water safety, swimming techniques, and basic fitness in a way that’s exciting and easy to understand
Creating imaginative and goal-driven lesson plans that keep kids motivated and progressing
Tracking swimmers’ progress and giving feedback that inspires and encourages
Keeping our poolside safe, clean, and always ready for adventure by following health and safety guidelines
Communicating clearly and warmly with parents and guardians about their child’s achievements
Taking part in ongoing training and development - because even superheroes keep learning!
