If you’re 15 or soon to be, this is your chance to make a splash in the Aquatic Industry! While still at school, our traineeship program provides you with the opportunity to gain essential skills in swim school teaching and general aquatic operations. Our dynamic program, delivered in collaboration with
Paid on-the-job training, usually completed in 8 – 12 months
Support to obtain Industry Qualifications – including for swim teaching certificate, CPR, First Aid, Swim Teaching, and the opportunity to become a qualified swim teacher
Future Swim Rouse Hill will provide training for you for both swim teaching skill and customer service in our swimming centre
Duty Include
Shadowing and teaching under supervisor
Greeting families and providing excellent customer service
Answering phone and email enquiries
Enrolments process and simple admin tasks
Maintaining reception and the facility clean and tidy
Requirements:
Strong ability of Swimming
Australian work rights
Job Type: Casual
Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
Work Location: In person
