About the Role
As a Claims Service Consultant in our Sydney office, you'll be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service to our clients, while maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a national portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Requirements
A high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
Insurance knowledge or background is highly desirable.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Confidence to learn, access, and use different systems and software.
Strong attention to detail.
A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others.
