Role overview
As the System Change Manager within Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Systems you are responsible for managing and defining changes on system level for medical devices. This ranges from defining commercial options together with Marketing until aligning the engineering changes. You’ll bring structure in the complexity, using your good communication skills to align with all different stakeholders.
Illustrative Responsibilities
• To plan and forecast of catalog changes and related work capacity for catalog advisors and catalog data modelers, handshake on future capacity demand and assure the plans are aligned with the business needs.
• As a secretary of the System Control Board (SCB), present actual status and future planned catalog changes and log decisions and track actions to have an effective SCB meeting and execution of the plans.
• Follow up on request of marketeers to complete the SCB change request forms for NPI and maintenance programs to have a full overview of all catalog changes.
• Maintain the priority back log of the catalog changes to enable priority setting in SCB to define the Quarterly Catalog release roadmap and it to be shared with all the stakeholders.
• To have regular check in with the catalog advisors to assure that implementations are running as planned to be able to report status in the SCB.
• To be author of maintenance related commercial structure and make sure that implementation by the catalog data modelers is correctly executed including verification of the catalog change.
• To be author of maintenance related configurable BOM and make sure that implementations of the Engineering BOM changes by the control boards are correctly executed.
• To coordinate and prioritize the Engineering Change sequencing across change control boards.
• Collaborate with global and local catalog modelers on quarterly catalog changes.
• Support marketing in catalog configuration
• 2nd line support for order conversions and commercial missing items during installation
• Communicate catalog changes to order desks, system planners and account managers
• Support order desk on order screening
• Support specials team with nonstandard configurations
• Being the subject matter expert on commercial and technical product structures

The Business Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS). This Business delivers medical systems and solutions that are based on the usage of X-ray.
Within this Business the Product Industrialization department is responsible for developing and releasing the manufacturing and supply chain process for new products considering people, quality processes, tools and the performance of production execution from order to installation, with the purpose to establish faster, better and cheaper supply chain and manufacturing processes.
You will report to the Product Industrialization Leader of IGT Mobile Surgery (located in Pune) and work closely together with a.o. marketing, engineering, R&D, catalog data modelers, system planners, engineering change managers.
We are looking for
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in the relevant domain.
• Experience with commercial catalog tools
• Experience with technical product structures
• Preferable experience with Windchill and SAP
• Conceptual thinking capabilities
• Precision in way of working
• Very strong communication skills
• Good documentation practices
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Curious mindset
• Fluency in English language
