About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performance trading team at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic financial hubs. As a Trading Systems Engineer, the successful candidate will work alongside an elite group of traders, researchers, and software engineers, ensuring cutting-edge trading systems operate flawlessly - while also evolving them for the future.
The role demands a unique balance: maintaining rock-solid system stability while embracing rapid change and innovation. With highly customized infrastructure, the position calls for quick learning, adaptability, and a natural curiosity to dive into unfamiliar technical territory
Expect to:
• Monitor and optimize system performance, stability, and uptime.
• Architect, implement, and manage a rapidly expanding US production environment.
• Automate processes, test emerging technologies, and streamline operations.
• Manage live trading applications and proactively address performance bottlenecks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues to ensure uninterrupted trading activity.
Your Profile:
• You have proven experience managing mission-critical infrastructure and providing software support (experience in a trading context is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Familiarity with best practices for change management, incident resolution, and system monitoring.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and/or Python.
• A sharp analytical mindset with the ability to pinpoint root causes quickly.
• Initiative in spotting inefficiencies and implementing smart optimizations.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
