What You'll Do
As our People and Capability Systems Administrator, you will be central in the management of our HR, Safety and Quality technology. You’ll manage, support, and optimise our platforms to drive efficient and effective processes. You will be pivotal in ensuring our systems and processes enhance the employee experience and support our work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the HRIS, LMS, and other platforms, including platform configurations, user management, system workflows and updates.
Provide guidance and training to ensure successful use of systems
Act as the liaison between Payroll and People & Culture, manage new starter data, and ensure compliance with payroll deadlines.
Ensure accuracy and security of employee data, generate and manage reports and dashboards, including Power BI.
Identify system enhancements
