ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a TA Delivery Lead to support multiple clients. This is a Hybrid position requiring an onsite presence at least 2 days a week in either our Melbourne or Adelaide ManpowerGroup office. In this role you will oversee approximately 5–6 RPO programs across a wide range of sectors such as defense, tech, healthcare, and mining.
Role Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and deliver 5–6 RPO programs with agility and flexibility.
Oversee bench management and resource allocation across programs.
Manage the Centralized Sourcing function to optimize talent pipelines.
Provide leadership and coaching to a team of approximately 10 direct reports.
Required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
At least 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams and client programs.
This role requires Australian Citizenship due to Defence security clearance requirements.
Strong ability to build client confidence, ensuring effective implementation and onboarding of resources.
Hands-on approach: ability to step in and recruit during peak periods or leave coverage.
Proven problem-solving skills, inquisitive mindset, and a sales-oriented approach to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Expertise in client stakeholder engagement, post-project account management, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Strategic mindset with an All-encompassing approach to workforce solutions, including attraction strategies, sourcing, and reporting.
Ability to design and implement processes balancing ManpowerGroup and client compliance requirements, strong administrative and organizational skills
