Job Description
• End to end Talent Acquisition for critical positions (Chief Manager and above)
• Consult with stakeholders to develop appropriate sourcing strategies, such as internal/direct sourcing, networking and social recruitment
• Shortlisting Task/Activities, final interview, salary negotiation, on boarding
• For leadership roles designed manpower plan (across levels), aligned with business growth plan.
• Designed job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles
• Tie ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders.
• Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholder and candidates
• Supervising and mentoring TA process for reporting team.
• Supervising and designing promotion strategy in digital media platforms
Job requirements:
• 5-6 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Experience in financial service industry preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Post Graduate degree or any equivalent experience
