A Telecalling job involves contacting customers over the phone to promote products or services, handle inquiries, provide information, or gather feedback. It is a communication-based role commonly found in sales, customer support, marketing, and collections departments.
Telecaller Job Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers or potential clients.
2. Answer inbound calls and resolve queries or provide support.
3. Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
4. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
5. Follow up on previous interactions or leads.
6. Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the organization.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Patience and convincing ability.
Listening and problem-solving skills.
Time management and professionalism.
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Comfortable with speaking on the phone for long periods.
