Title: Associate - Talent Acquisition (HR)
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Work from office at least 3 days week)
Experience: 3-5 Years (Should be from IT/Software industry)
Notice: 15 Days Max
Must skills: SAP Recruitment, Understanding of basic HR and Admin activities.
6+ Months Contract to hire.

Education, Skills, and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years technical recruitment experience.
· Minimum 1 year of SAP recruitment experience.
· Natural communicative ability- Identify, attract, and communicate with potential candidates as well as vendors.
· Should have good understanding of ERPs, especially SAP.
· Strong self-starter with attention to detail. And demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times..
· Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal and people skills with the ability to work independently or within a team environment. Participate in team meetings.
· Stick to the schedules and must be target oriented.
· Provide support in managing HRIS, ad-hoc HR initiatives/ project.
