As TA partner you will have to take care of the entire hiring cycle starting from Manpower planning to Joining & onboarding of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
• Achieving daily and monthly targets;
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers;
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations;
• Completing timely reports on employment activity;
• Offer Closures followed by Joining, onboarding & Induction

Knowledge and Experience
• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language

• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through
