• Managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition process at Sr. level
• Sourcing and evaluation CVs
• Maintaining data, trackers & records
• Experienced in sourcing CV s thru' different channels.
• Coordination and scheduling interviews
• Manage candidates travel, reimbursements, BGVs
• Support overall functional requirement, special projects and MIS apart from recruitment
• Around 7-10 Yrs experience in TA and having understanding/exposure in overall HRM
• Consistent academic track record
• Good in communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and result orientation
• Gender – Male / Female
• Chennai based candidates
• Immediate joining - preferable
