Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in implementing recruiting strategies to find the right person for each role in the organization, with a focus on diversity and inclusion 2. Work on sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding prospective team members 3. Help build the company's brand as a strong engineering company through initiatives such as holding hackathons, engaging with various local engineering groups, and other related activities 4. Support HR functions as needed (5% to 10%) Requirements: 1. Should be passionate and driven to help build a great team 2. Should deeply care about people and demonstrate empathy for team members of all backgrounds 3.
