We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor who excels in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent in the engineering and technical services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering roles, an unwavering drive to deliver outstanding customer outcomes, and a knack for building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Key Duties:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent. Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. From initial contact to offer negotiation, maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Collaborate with them to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions in engineering technical services. Provide insights and recommendations to refine best practice recruitment strategies and stay competitive.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, measure success, and continuously improve the recruitment process.
