MIS - Recruitment
To map, analyze the recruitment cost in adherence to the budget and timelines (TAT) to ensure cost effective, and on time recruitments.
To create and provide effective monitoring reports on timely basis to senior management in order to facilitate the planning and control strategies.
Job Analysis and Evaluation
To develop detailed JD’s and evaluate the jobs to allocate them to appropriate salary groups ensuring the internal equity and market competitive.
Candidate profile
MBA / PG in HR with at least 10 years’ of experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience in diagnostic industry in mandatory.
Other industries not preferred
Salary - As per Market standards
