Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the overall functioning of our organization. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing employees, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can make a real difference in our company.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Source, select, and recruit top talent to fill various positions within the organization.
• Manpower Planning: Analyze workforce requirements and plan accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Payroll Activities: Process payroll, manage employee data, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Welfare Activities: Implement and manage employee wellness programs, communicate company policies, and handle employee complaints.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and tax laws.
• Performance Management and Retention: Develop and implement performance management systems, provide feedback, and recognize employee achievements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
