We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern (Teacher Recruiting) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in building our teacher community and ensuring we connect with top teaching talent to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in onboarding new teachers and ensuring smooth induction into the community.
• Drive bulk hiring of teachers to meet a weekly target
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate the end-to-end hiring funnel.
• Ensure timely documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain and update hiring trackers with accuracy and discipline.
Qualifications:
• Completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience in Recruitment or Tele Calling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation: We begin with a 2-week paid trial at INR 5,000 per week, designed to ensure the role is the right fit for both you and Codingal. Upon successful completion, you will be offered a full-time position with a salary of up to INR 4.2 LPA, along with opportunities for growth based on your performance and contribution.
