Requirements
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at OES, you will:
Recruitment
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for OES professional office-based roles; sourcing talented people who excel in their area of expertise and are a strong values and culture fit.
· Manage end to end internal recruitment processes and promotions
· Manage relationships with hiring managers
· Provide exemplary candidate care by ensuring all applicants are responded to quickly and provided with feedback where required.
· Assist with OLA recruitment as required.
· Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, where required.
· Organise provision of temporary staff as requested and required
People team administration
· New starter onboarding survey and interview
· Manage exit surveys
· Maintain external remuneration data points
· Assist with employment contracts when required
Consulting and P&C Policy
· Provide feedback, coaching and advice to candidates, internal applicants and managers where necessary.
· Provide trusted and credible advice and assistance to managers around recruitment and onboarding.
· Ensure compliance with relevant Awards and labour law.
P&C Projects
· Identifying and Implementing process improvements across a variety of areas
· Support Employer Branding and EVP initiatives
Employer brand
· Ensure EVP is represented in all processes
· Continue to sense check and enhance the OES EVP messaging by constantly seeking feedback from candidates, new hires and employees to ensure the messaging continues to be relevant
Requirements
· A theoretical understanding of behavioral interviewing as well as practical experience recruiting for a range of roles.
· A strong team ethic, including the willingness to acknowledge own limitations in knowledge and draw on others’ experience in determining best approaches to issues.
· A professional approach to dealing with issues of a confidential nature.
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
· Strong alignment with the values of the company.
· Demonstrated experience to provide basic HR related advice across a broad range of people matters.
· A basic understanding of employment legislation and interpretation of Awards.
· A tertiary qualification in HR, or substantial progress towards the completion of a tertiary qualification would be desired.
