This is a full-time position with a growing team at our Glen Iris head office.
Our team are passionate, friendly and committed to providing exceptional outcomes across our people related functions.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will coordinate the recruitment requirements of the business for your portfolio of services/locations across a distributed network.
Ensuring our people journey is efficient and that roles are filled in a specific time frame. The day-to-day duties of the role will include activities such as:
Source, advertise, screen and reference check candidates
Manage your portfolio of new and existing roles in an effective manner
Maintenance of recruitment database and ensure clear communication of current roles, activities and visibility across open roles
Create workforce/recruitment plans to meet resourcing requirements
Ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner with suitably qualified candidates that meet our TheirCare values
Work with the team and coordinate resources effectively
Build and maintain excellent relationships with your candidates and talent pipelines
About You:
To succeed in this role you will need to be a fast learner who can hit the ground running and have the below minimum requirements and experience.
Minimum 1 year’s recruiting experience from a related field (agency, health care, hospitals, education, retail)
Understand and undertake end to end recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task between various projects whilst maintaining attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a strong, positive solutions focused team
Strong systems experience - Microsoft Office a must
