Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and offering the candidates
· Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
· Devising sourcing strategies to attract top talent
· Understand how to recruit both active and passive candidates
· Build and cultivate relationships across all levels and business areas.
· Gather candidate feedback from interview teams.
· Manage the data associated with the recruitment process
· Build strong relationships with internal clients while partnering with the HR team.
· Handling all mid to senior level profiles.
Requirement:
· Should be well versed with all recruiting platforms (portals especially well versed with LinkedIn, networking sites , social media)
· Excellent with Excel knowledge
· Candidates from Consultancy background are welcome
· MBA in HR (Part time / Executive/Full time)
· Preferably Luxury/Retail industry
· Minimum 1 to 3 years Experience
