Mapping Target companies
Sourcing CVs - job portals and social media
Screening CVs as per requirement
Managing the initial interaction with candidates
Create/maintain Google Sheets for every position
Maintain the resume database and details of candidates (MIS)
Key Performance Indicators:
CVs sourced Daily
CVs screened Daily
Profiles interviewed Daily
Profiles Formatted Weekly
Profiles Shortlisted Monthly
Revenue closed Quarterly
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
