1️ Talent Acquisition Executive (Entry-level)
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
Coordinate interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding
Learn and grow in recruitment and HR operations
2️ Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (3–5 years exp.)
Handle full-cycle recruitment independently
Build candidate pipelines and manage client/stakeholder relationships
Implement recruitment strategies for multiple roles
3️ Talent Acquisition Manager (8–10 years exp.)
Lead and mentor the TA team
Develop recruitment strategy and workforce planning
Drive employer branding and process improvements
