What you’ll be doing:
• Reporting into and collaborating closely with the Director of Global Operations and CEO.
• Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; organization design; talent acquisition; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; termination and disciplinary actions; and training and development
• Act as senior point of contact and subject matter expert on complex employment cases and projects and provide HR related advice across the generalist range of the role.
• Assist in the review, development and successful implementation of progressive people policies, processes and plans to drive continuous engagement and embed a performance culture across the organization.
• Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Solve challenges and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex.
• Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
• Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organization design, talent management, change management and team building
• Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
• Acts as liaison between management and staff, advising appropriate personnel on issues pertinent to department or business unit leader
• Initiates, develops, and implements human resource programs that support the organization's vision and core values, identifying plans and programs to position the practice as an employer of choice
• Ensures compliance with all employment and benefits laws and regulations, updating employee handbook, company policies, procedures, job descriptions, and forms as appropriate
• Develops and implements programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction consistent with the organization's strategic initiatives
What it Takes to Excel:
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrable success of working in partnership to deliver and implement innovative solutions that meet business needs, within a fast paced environment.
• Experience within operational and strategic HR service delivery.
• Experience of leading and delivering complex people projects and initiatives within specific deadlines.
• Experience of successfully developing and implementing a range of HR policies and procedures.
• Designing and implementing innovative wellbeing initiatives and plans.
• Experience of the set up and design and implementation of HR processes and services within a complex organization.
