• You will proactively participate in project teams to engage and implement new ideas as you win, excel, learn and bring real value to the company.Responsibility :- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, interview and shortlist candidate for business interviews, manage the overall interview, selection, and offer closure- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Darwinbox- Contribute to employer branding initiatives- Manage pre-joining and seamless onboarding for new hires
• Managing TAT for each position as per Recruitment SOPExpertise needed to succeed in this role :- 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Tech/Non-tech roles
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices- Past experience in a similar role in a startup is a definite advantage- Exposure to working with the leadership team- Data Analytics-MS Excel is a must to have a skill- Good communication skills, Self-Starter, and stakeholder management- Ownership and problem solving (ref:iimjobs.com
