Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programmes. A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
\ Filling positions within an organization.
\ Experience in recruiting at intern, fresher, executive, manager & senior levels.
\ Evaluate candidates through job portals like Indeed, Naukri Internshala, Hireact, Monster & LinkedIn.
\ Should take care of the complete recruiting process like sourcing, screening and setting up interviews.
\ Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
\ Taking feedback from technical interviewers of the second round. Coordinate to roll out offer letters.
\ Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training development initiatives.
\ Should take care of complete onboarding and exit formalities.
\ Responsible for employee background verification.
\ Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
\ Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
\ Setting up the training programmes.
\ Should be ready to travel to our other branches to take up the interviews, arranging training programmes and if any other HR related matters.
\ Develop and maintain talent management processes.
Requirement
\ 2+ years experience as an HR Executive.
\ MBA Or Post Graduate from a good university.
\ Education in HR specialisation is preferred.
\ Aptitude in problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
