About The Role
It is an operations-based role that involves communication and resolutions with our clients and
teams via various mediums. Our services are based on a 247 hours format
Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting Clients for Health Screening (Offsite), Vaccination Support (Camp and VVIP Client house visit), Hospital Visit (Admission & Discharge), Reports collection, Medicines Delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external partiesOn a daily basis visit report to be updated for overall customer experienceEnsuring to have a Hospital Visit when required or emergency purpose either for admission/discharge.Outbound calls to be done to the center 2 day prior to the appointments for confirming the appointmentAssisting Corporate Employees/Customers during Vaccination Camp for a smoother process and also getting our Care app downloaded by every assisted employee/customer.Collecting reports from the Center and handing it over to the client when required.Medicine Delivery during emergency purposes.Liaising with vendors (Diagnostic center / Hospitals / Clinic / Multispeciality Hospitals / Pharmacy / Vaccination camp / Ambulance service etc)Customer experience to be captured via feedback or review ratings through Google, Play store & App store applicationsFollow set policies and procedures when dealing with escalation / concerns or issuesBe flexible about your job and assigned taskGood with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdherence to company HR policies
