Able to close the positions on time
Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Transfer and External hiring tools like searching candidates through job portals , doing tie-ups with consultancies , Bulk Hiring , Campus Drive etc.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
We are currently hiring for SR. HR Recruiter who will be engaged in end to end recruitment.
Interact with stakeholders to discuss requirements, prepare JD's and devise the action plan.
