Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
Taking telephonic and FTF interviews with managers.
Sourcing/Screening the candidates as per requirement
Understanding the Job descriptions
Telephonic screening of CV's.
Interaction with the candidates, scheduling them for an Interview.
Handling data in MS-Office.
Cold calling and email for hiring
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Leave and salary management
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Depends on interview
