Job Description
Key Objective:
• The incumbent would be responsible for all recruitment mandates received from clients.
• The role would include connecting and coordinating with client organization, preparing the mandate , running the search mandate, identifying the potential candidates, closing the position and concluding the assignment.
Job role also includes:
• Maintaining a database of Linguistic Experts for All Top Languages
• Coordinate with Clients to finalize the JD for the position
• Sourcing/selecting best possible profile for the job
• Conducting and/or coordinating interviews with clients/panel responsible
• Keeping track of client budget/ cost involved
• Negotiate and follow-ups with selected candidates till joining
Essential Qualification:
• Graduate in any Discipline.
• MBA (HR)/MSW Preferable
• Good People Management skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams (internal as well external).
• Good Presentation skills
• Preferably from Placement Agency
• Excellent Process Management Skills
• Ability to handle high pressure situations
• Capable of handle complex situations
• Ability to maintain company image and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
