Requirements :
Post Grad in HR/PMIR ( 2 years full time residential ) from XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM/SCMHRD with 8-10 years of experience ( Preferably 2012 /13 batcher ) in HR in an FMCG, of which at least 3-4 years as HRBP handling Sales/ Mktg is mandatory.
