Job description:
In charge of HR Department to implement the internationalization strategy of Storia Foods & Beverages Pvt Ltd, formulate and execute human resource strategy, medium and long-term plan and annual budget, and improve manpower efficiency. Candidate shall have 18+ years' experience in HR management in medium/large processing/manufacturing company, of which at least 5 years as HR Head.
1. Formulate and execute human resource strategy, medium and long-term plan and annual budget.
2. Fully responsible for daily human resources work, including but not limited to organizational structure, team building, recruitment, training, salary, benefits, insurance, performance appraisal, key tasks, etc.
3. Continuously improve manpower efficiency, including but not limited to per capita sales, per capita manufacturing output, etc.
4. Responsible for promoting specific human resources projects such as HR digitalization.
5. Organize, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of cross-departmental HR activities.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
