Job Objective: To lead the overall recruitment delivery of assigned business portfolio with TA excellence and strong stakeholder management.
Job Role:
1. Collaborate with the business & functional leaders to understand the talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach by levels & role.
2. Identify and enable hiring channels to enhance overall recruitment productivity through internal naukri database, Social Media, Employee Referrals etc.
3. Enable assigned team of recruiters towards Recruitment delivery, Standardized Job Descriptions, Employer Value Proposition/Employer Brand Positioning, etc.
