We are hiring HR Professional Team for People Alliance Group Profile Recruitment Executive Talent Acquisition HR Recruiter Qualification Any Graduate Experience Candidate have min 6 month exp in Recruitment Location Bhopal Roles and Responsibilities To understand different companies businesses and its manpower requirements To Source and screen the candidates to build a pool of interested candidates through Job Portals data Bank Head Hunting References in given time frame To coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews follow up for their feedback from clients To coordinate with candidates for offer and joining of the candidates To coordinate with clients over phone and email for feedback and open positions To prepare daily MIS and Tracker in excel format To analyze talent market with respect to positions and company To coordinate with clients for fulfillment of the manpower requirements Design implement overall recruiting strategy Provide end to end NonIT IT recruitment services Source and screen candidates for various positions Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation skills Must be comfortable with coldcalling and engaging people face to face Experience dealing directly with decisionmakers and comfortable with negotiation Head Hunting Mapping Research Social Media Hiring skills Are passionate about owing solutions and solving issues Should be able to communicate complex issues concisely Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 6 month of relevant work experience In event of interest please email your profile on hidden email or Whatsapp me hidden mobile Only Recruiter
