Job Description: Talent Acquisition Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and an opportunity to learn how organizations attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
* Engage with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
* Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives
* Conduct initial HR screening calls when required
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
