This role will support Horizontal Digital for filling corporate and operational roles.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight of full recruitment lifecycle for internal corporate positions for India Digital AgencySourcing of passive and active candidates using various sourcing tools including online resources such as LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.Initiate and manage job postings in various media outlets including corporate website, vendor websites, and internal communicationsDetermine applicant qualifications by screening and interviewing applicantsWork in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidatesUse different attraction methods including writing and posting job adverts and negotiating with job boards.Drive the use of employee referral schemeResponsible for ensuring hiring managers review the profiles and provide feedback in a timely mannerConduct training for Hiring Managers and Technical PanelOversight of Campus Recruitment efforts and Grad hiring activities in support of business growth.Minimum RequirementsBA or BS degree in HR or related field5 8 years of working experience as a Recruiter in a corporate or staffing settingIT & creative recruiting experience preferredSolid understanding of IT technologyProven experience in the full cycle recruitment process from understanding the requirement and drafting a job description to shortlist and interviewingGrad
