About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 2. Strategic Sourcing: Implement innovative strategies to attract diverse talent via job boards, social media, career fairs, and university partnerships. 3. Interview Coordination & Candidate Assessment: Manage interview logistics and perform initial screenings to evaluate fit and qualifications. 4. HR Projects: Engage in projects aimed at HR process improvement, analytics, and enhancing employee engagement.
