Talent Acquisition Lead Transformation Team
• Lead and facilitate the delivery of key initiatives across the function.
• Leverage on digital, data and science to drive initiatives to enhance work processes
• TA Analyses and reporting, including key insights and trends for the function
• Play a key role in enhancing internal and external stakeholders’ journey viz. Talent Acquisition
• Identify new opportunities through design thinking to drive the Talent Advisor framework and operating model
• Support and drive Talent Acquisition Strategy and implementation of focus areas, Scorecard, and In-country projects.
• Drive and ensure Operational alignment and Governance as per TAG SOPs and policies
• Continually drive efficiencies, explore process improvement opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance productivity
• Partner in Group Tech rollouts / any key projects and country implementation
• Develop and manage partnerships to build efficiencies across the eco-system, with agencies etc.
You will need to:
• Possess a relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Have about 12-15 years of experience in a data driven, fast paced hiring environment
• A self-starter with initiative and drive coupled with strong interest in external/ transformation trends
• Possess strong Project experience, ability to drive change and work with tight deadlines
• Be data driven and analytical in your approach
• Be an effective communicator with good written and verbal skills.
• Have an eye for detail and be able to design human centered processes
• Have excellent ability to work with stakeholders at all levels to achieve desired outcomes
